Our Job Launch Pad package addresses all of today’s job-seeking pain points; how a CV should look in the modern job market, how to apply for a job online, how to make the most of your Linked In and social media presence, and the hardest of all – how to match your skills and achievements in a conversational tone during an interview! This package is 3 hours of face to face Skype mentoring, broken up into three x 1 hour sessions.  We have found that in breaking up the three sessions, our clients are not so overwhelmed by the learn, trial and review process.

How does the process work?

• Book in online to secure your package
• Gillian will contact you directly to confirm and organise your three x 1 hour sessions
• Session One – CV and Cover Letter Review
  Email through your CV, Cover Letter and Job Advert for review. Receive 60 minute face to face Skype feedback session. You make the changes suggested and re-submit to Gillian for final review. Gillian will email any final suggested edits.
• Session Two – Your Online and Social Media Presence
  Gillian will, through a 60 minute Skype session, review, analyse and discuss your Linked In profile and what comes up when your name is entered into a google search!  You will receive tips on how to improve and optimize the online Brand Of You.
• Session Three – Interview Coaching

  Receive a 60 minute Skype session; introduction to position desired and a bit about you, a “trial” interview session, face to face feedback on the way each question was approached and answered. You will receive an in depth personal appraisal to help build your confidence, to give you the best chance of success for all future job interviews. Gillian will then email you a 10 point written evaluation for you to keep on hand and review directly before your job interview. You will also receive a recording of your trial run so you can directly watch and learn from your valuable mistakes!
